Opis:
Saving Hope opowiada historię lekarzy szpitala w Toronto.Wszystko zaczyna się gdy w Święta Bożego Narodzenia , Szef oddziału Chirurgi Charlie Harris (Michael Shanks) ulega wypadku samochodowego, w wyniku którego zapada w śpiączkę. Jego żona jak również chirurg Alex Reid (Erica Durance) wraz z nowo przybytą gwiazdą chirurgi Joel'em Goran (Daniel Gillies) zaczynają walkę o jego życie. Rozwoju całej historii przygląda się Dr. Harris który przebywając w śpiączce, przemierza korytarze szpitala w formie ducha. Choć sam nie wie czy jest on zjawą czy wytworem własnej wyobraźni. Reid wraz z innymi lekarzami ,muszą codziennie walczyć o życie innych pacjentów pamiętając by przy tym nie tracić nadziei.

Plot Summary:
In "Saving Hope," when charismatic Chief of Surgery Charlie Harris at Hope-Zion Hospital ends up in a coma, he leaves the hospital in chaos - and his fiancee and fellow surgeon, Alex Reid, in a state of shock. Along with newly arrived star surgeon, Joel Goran, Reid races to save Harris' life. As the action unfolds, the comatose Harris explores the hospital halls in "spirit" form, not sure if he's a ghost or a figment of his own imagination. Reid, along with her fellow doctors, press on to save his life and those of their other patients as they deal with the complicated and courageous decisions that are made in their daily struggle to keep hope alive.
