Opis:
Niedaleka przyszłość. Medycynie udało się w końcu zlikwidować gen starzenia. Aby uniknąć związanym z tym problemu przeludnienia czas staje się walutą, a także jedynym sposobem na uzyskanie podstawowych potrzeb. Bogaci mogą żyć wiecznie, podczas, gdy cała reszta próbuje walczyć o życie. Pewnego dnia biedny, młody człowiek o imieniu Will (Justin Timberlake) zostaje posiadaczem fortuny czasu, lecz jest już za późno, by pomóc matce Rachel (Olivia Wilde) przed śmiercią. To nie koniec jego problemów. Opłacony przez gangstera Fortisa (Alex Pettyfer) skorumpowany oddział policji zwany ''strażnikami czasu'' na czele z Raymondem Leonem (Cillian Murphy) próbuje go zabić. W ucieczce pomaga mu tajemnicza Sylvia (Amanda Seyfried).

Plot Summary:
In the not-too-distant future the aging gene has been switched off. To avoid overpopulation, time has become the currency and the way people pay for luxuries and necessities. The rich can live forever, while the rest try to negotiate for their immortality. A poor young man who comes into a fortune of time, though too late to help his mother from dying. He ends up on the run from a corrupt police force known as 'time keepers'.
