Opis:
W niedalekiej przyszłości, aby zostać obywatelem, co wiąże się z ogromnym szacunkiem, należy odbyć służbę wojskową. Nic więc dziwnego, że każdy młody człowiek tego pragnie. Mimo sprzeciwu rodziców Johnny Rico, jego dziewczyna i najlepszy przyjaciel zostają żołnierzami. Każde jednak dostaje inny przydział. Obóz treningowy Johnny'ego okazuje się koszmarem. Na skutek tragicznego wypadku spowodowanego przez niego chce odejść w hańbie. Zmienia zdanie, gdy do bazy trafia wiadomość o inwazji Robali z kosmosu. Cała trójka spotyka się ponownie - na froncie.

Plot Summary:
The time is the future. Johnny Rico joins the military after graduation to become a citizen and for the love of his high school sweetheart. In the war against the bug aliens of Klendathu, the military is a very dangerous place to be. Johnny works his way through several battles and with the help of his friends and comrades, helps turn the tide of the war, and save the human race.
